Who operates Cointastic

Cointastic is developed and operated by MimesisIQ LLC. This policy explains how the Cointastic app and website handle information.

Information stored on your device

Cointastic stores app preferences, first-use status, daily Free limits, progress history, streaks, personal bests, and Cointastic Plus entitlement status locally on your device or in your browser. Coin activity, timers, and practice results are used to run the experience and are not sent to a MimesisIQ LLC account or database.

If you purchase or restore Cointastic Plus, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. Plus entitlement status is stored locally on your device or in your browser so Cointastic can unlock or restore Plus. MimesisIQ LLC does not receive your payment-card details, and purchase or entitlement information is not sent to a MimesisIQ LLC account or database.

Children

Cointastic does not require an account and does not collect personal information from children. Optional Snapchat sharing is intended for people age 13 and older. Parents or guardians can use the App Store’s purchase controls if they do not want in-app purchases.

Sharing and third-party services

Sharing is optional and starts only when you choose a share action. A challenge link or result badge may be passed to your device share sheet or to Snapchat through Snap Creative Kit. The service you choose processes shared content under its own privacy policy.

A Count badge may include the coin images, calculated amount, coin summary, and the note you type. Cointastic generates this badge on your device or in your browser and does not upload or retain the badge or note in a MimesisIQ LLC account or database.

Cointastic does not access your Snapchat friend list, recreate a social graph, or automatically post content.

Snapchat is intended for people age 13 and older. Cointastic does not collect a birth date or create a Snapchat account; users must meet Snapchat’s eligibility requirements before choosing the Snapchat share option.

Website operations

This section applies only when you use the hosted Cointastic website, not the iOS app. Infrastructure providers may process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website. The iOS app does not send this information to MimesisIQ LLC. Cointastic does not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Local preferences and progress remain until you use Reset App, clear the site data, or uninstall the app. A cached Plus entitlement may be restored again from the App Store. You can use the core counting activities without sharing a challenge or badge.

Changes and questions

MimesisIQ LLC may update this policy when Cointastic features or data practices change. The current version will remain available inside the app and on the Cointastic website.
