Contact Cointastic support
Email us for help with Cointastic, purchase restoration, accessibility, privacy questions, feedback, or feature requests.
Mail may be sent to MimesisIQ LLC, 3419 Via Lido #620, Newport Beach, CA 92663, United States. Email is the fastest way to receive product support. Response times may vary while Cointastic is in development and testing.
What to include
Please include the device you are using, your iOS or browser version, the Cointastic app version or TestFlight build when available, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots and the steps that led to a problem are helpful.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, App Store credentials, or Snapchat credentials. Cointastic support will never ask for your Apple or Snapchat password.
Purchases and restoration
In the iPhone or iPad app, open Settings, choose Cointastic Plus, and tap Restore Purchases to restore an eligible App Store or Family Sharing purchase. If it does not restore, include your device model, iOS version, and the message shown in Cointastic when contacting support.
Apple processes App Store billing and refund requests. For a charge or refund issue, use Apple’s Report a Problem service at reportaproblem.apple.com. Do not email receipts that display sensitive payment information.
Privacy and deletion requests
Most Cointastic settings and progress stay on your device. Use Reset App, clear the website data in your browser, or uninstall Cointastic to remove that local information.
To ask what information you previously sent directly to support, request deletion of support correspondence where applicable, or report a privacy concern, contact Cointastic Support with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. MimesisIQ LLC may need to verify your request.
Accessibility and feedback
MimesisIQ LLC welcomes reports about readability, sound, motion, touch targets, VoiceOver, device compatibility, or any barrier that makes Cointastic harder to use. Contact Cointastic Support with “Accessibility” in the subject line.
Ideas for new coin challenges, classroom uses, badges, and practice activities are welcome. Please do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to share.
